The concert, held at North Notts Arena, on Eastgate, was back by popular demand.
“People can look forward to a varied show from the Doncaster Band and the The Notts Band of the Royal Engineers (Volunteers),” said Bill Maddison.
“It is quite a special occasion because it is the only time the two bands play together.”
Doncaster Concert Band had their debut concert back in 1994 and have since developed into a successful group of talented musicians performing regularly at both indoor and outdoor events.
Director of The Notts Band of the Royal Engineers (Volunteers), Simon, has been a professional music director of brass bands, wind bands and choirs since 1991.
